ClientCompass
Last updated: July 11, 2026
ClientCompass is a portal that supports your coaching engagement: session recaps, resources, tasks, goals, and communication with your coach. It supplements — and does not replace — the coaching relationship itself. The portal is provided to you by your coach; your coaching services, scheduling, and any payments are between you and your coach. Coaching is not legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice.
You sign in with secure email links — there is no password. Keep access to your email account secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your portal. You must be at least 16 years old to use the portal.
Your data remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing (as described in the Privacy Policy), and displaying it to you and your coach.
The portal uses AI to help your coach prepare summaries, recaps, and recommendations from your coaching data. Your coach reviews and approves this output before it reaches you; no automated decision that affects you is made without your coach’s involvement. See our AI Use Policy.
Do not misuse the portal: no attempts to access other people's data, probe or disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content.
The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientCompass will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from your use of the portal will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can stop using the portal at any time and request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access if the portal is misused or as required to protect the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it; any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts located in California, unless your local law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date above and ask you to review and accept the updated version in the portal before you continue.
